Projecting is one of the most rewarding—and humbling—experiences climbing has to offer. It demands strategy, patience, mental agility, and the ability to perform when it counts.

This round of Adult Training Team will provide a deep dive on the ins and outs of trying challenging routes with intention. Over the course of this class, you'll build a complete toolkit for the projecting process—from choosing the right route and breaking it down efficiently, to managing the pressure of redpoint burns.

What you'll learn:
— Project selection, movement exploration and refinement, and executing the send
— On-wall efficiency strategies that save energy where it matters most
— Linking tactics: highpoints, lowpoints, and everything in between
— How to work with your nervous system under pressure, not against it
— How great partnership accelerates sends

This is a sport climbing course open to climbers of all levels that are looking to push their limits. You must be lead certified before class starts. We will have some classroom time, lots of climbing time, and you will receive a bunch of resources to take with you.
