In the Winter/Spring of 2025, Spire will offer its second 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training led by Nico Hurley. This training will be Vinyasa based but will incorporate Ashtanga and Yin Yoga as well. This training is for anyone that wants to: deepen their connection to their own personal practice, learn practical teaching skills, find deeper connection in themselves, improve their public speaking, create community and/or expand their mind.
